Air freight for time-sensitive cargo and ocean FCL/LCL for volume shipments. Our team handles export documentation, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs broker coordination. We work with bonded warehouses at Vancouver International and port facilities at Deltaport to keep your cargo moving without unnecessary dwell time.
Secure, monitored storage at our 18,000 sq ft Vancouver facility. Services include inbound receiving, SKU inventory management, repackaging, kitting, and outbound fulfillment. Inventory snapshots are available in real time via your dashboard — no need to call or email to know what stock you have on hand.
Residential and commercial delivery across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Every delivery includes a photo proof-of-delivery, GPS-stamped timestamp, and an automatic notification sent to the recipient when the driver is 30 minutes out. Failed delivery attempts are logged with a photo and rescheduled within the same business day.
For standard domestic and last-mile shipments, quotes are usually returned within two business hours during our operating hours. International freight quotes — which require carrier rate checks and HS code review — typically take up to one business day. You'll always get a written confirmation before we touch your freight.
We can accommodate certain IATA/IMDG-classified goods on a case-by-case basis, provided proper documentation and packaging are supplied by the shipper. We do not handle Class 1 explosives or Class 6.2 infectious substances. Contact us before booking so we can assess compliance requirements.
You'll receive an automatic exception alert as soon as a milestone is missed against the expected schedule. A member of our team will reach out with an updated ETA and, where applicable, initiate a carrier escalation on your behalf. We don't wait for you to notice — the system flags it first.
Yes. Novaivivid offers a REST API and pre-built webhooks that push status events to your WMS, ERP, or e-commerce platform. API documentation is available on request after onboarding. We also support EDI 214 for customers whose systems require it.
No volume minimum for domestic and last-mile services. International freight and warehousing are available to businesses shipping at least four times per month or storing a minimum of 100 cubic feet — just to ensure the onboarding effort makes sense for both sides. We're happy to discuss where you fit.
