When your freight moves from our Vancouver dock to a Calgary cross-dock to the final consignee in Edmonton, you see each scan — not just the first and last. The same applies to international shipments: we use carriers whose tracking feeds integrate directly with our platform, so there's no dead zone between Vancouver and the destination country.

Our densest coverage zone. Same-day and next-day last-mile delivery with GPS-tracked drivers, live ETAs, and photo proof-of-delivery. We run scheduled route loops through Burnaby, Surrey, Richmond, Langley, Abbotsford, and the North Shore six days a week.
Regular ground freight lanes to Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Winnipeg, and Halifax. LTL consolidation from Vancouver every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Expedited options available for time-critical domestic freight with 24-hour advance notice.
Road and air freight to Seattle, Portland, Los Angeles, Chicago, and the continental US. Novaivivid handles CBSA export documentation and US Customs entry coordination. Standard cross-border ground transit averages 2–4 business days to the US West Coast.
Ocean and air freight from Vancouver International Airport and Deltaport. Active lanes include the UK, Germany, Japan, South Korea, Australia, the UAE, and Mexico. We partner with IATA-accredited freight forwarders and update international tracking at every carrier handoff.
Novaivivid does not operate its own long-haul trucking fleet for routes beyond BC — we work through a vetted carrier network. This means transit times on domestic freight depend partly on partner carrier schedules, and we quote accordingly. For remote communities (postal codes outside our listed zones), we can arrange delivery but cannot guarantee the same ETA certainty we offer in Metro Vancouver. We'll always be upfront about what we can and cannot commit to before you book.
